Terms & Conditions:
- Each client is eligible for the purchase of one (1) unit only. The promo-code is based on a first come first serve basis.
- Once payment with the promo code is received, it becomes non-refundable.
- Upon placing the booking of $10,000 CAD via the payment gateway, an immediate $1,000 CAD deduction will be applied.
- The remaining $5,800 CAD deduction will be applied to the final invoice based on the client’s finalized order and payment.
- Optional add-ons available: Solar, Smart Toilet, Smart Mirror.
- Clients must finalize their order with the Nestron representative within 7 days to allow for the issuance of the Sales & Purchase Agreement based on the finalized order.
- Full payment must be made within 5 days of receiving the Sales & Purchase Agreement.
- This campaign is available exclusively to clients based in Canada.
- Prices shown does not include shipping and tax, clients are expected to finalize preferred shipping method with Nestron to handle the delivery.
- Shipping will be managed by Nestron’s designated freight company. All liability during shipping will be covered by the assigned freight provider.
- Building inspections will be conducted by CSA-certified inspectors on behalf of clients.
- The estimated timeline for building completion is approximately 180 days, subject to the availability of inspectors, inspection results, and any necessary amendments.
- Clients participating in this campaign are required to provide an after-sales testimonial and may receive periodic review updates from Nestron. Testimonials may be published by Nestron as part of promotional efforts.
